Specialized SW Power Evo Saddle
Specialized have now opened up orders for the all new S-Works Power EVO Saddle with Mirror, claiming massive improvements over the previous Power Saddle.
The California based company launched 3D printed saddles and have taken the new Power Evo to another level.
Now boasting 47,000 struts and 21,000 nodes the new saddle aims to deliver a significantly more comfortable position for riders no matter where they are sitting.
This new saddle also features a 40% bio-based liquid polymer which Specialized claim is more sustainable, less moisture absorbent and more durable than previous materials.
Pressure mapping of the S-Works Power Evo vs traditional saddles
All of these innovations lead to 34.1% less pressure on the nose, 18% less peak pressure and 28.8% less pressure at the sit bones compared to traditional foam saddles. Specialized have also extended the rails by 2cm providing even greater fitment adjustments.

Power or Power Evo?
According to the stats from Body Geometry, the Power Evo is the clear all rounder, fit for any style of riding that requires a moderate amount of movement. The Ronin Evo is the climber’s choice and the Phenom leans more towards long distance riding that will require the maximum amount of movement.
